who in here flies r/c heli's?

i started on a blade mcx2 co-axial

then bought a mSR, the one with the flybar....

then got a 120sr, hated it so i just sold it.

just bought a walkera quadrotor, the ladybird.

Thinking about the walkera genious CP.... the 6-axis gyro system seems to be very helpful for getting into CP heli's

why dont you like the 120sr? il ove that little sucker it tkaes time to get used to it, but its tough!! crashed it couple times and hit the pool twice and it is still working:beer:

i had one of those $40 ones from Toys r us, it was bad ass till my dogs freaked out and attacked it in mid air

A buddy had a blade msr and mcx that we always flew around, then he tried to step up to the 120sr and kept crashing till we gave up on flying.

They're awesome, but expensive and steep learning curve.

I'll stick with my trucks!

I just hated how it would try to correct and always do reverse rainbows if you didnt give it some forward cyclic when coming out of forward flight.

im finally gettin dialed in, i find flying inside with a small heli really sharpens my skills!

Years ago I picked up a Raptor .30 V2 and started to build it while playing with Real Flight G2. My eventual goal was to build a scale fuselage and fly that, but I crashed non-stop in RF and sold the Raptor.

Last year I picked up a Helimax Novus FP and have so far been unsuccessful in getting it off the ground without rotating over and hitting the blades. :nonono:

bought phenox sim before a real one. I gave up after 1 day. Props to those who learned.
