    Wow that shouldn't happen.

I wonder if he some how jammed that one extension on the frame at some awkward angle and bent it?

That sounds like a better video to watch.

I have a set of quick jacks and they come out more than my ramps and jack/jack stands. Although depending how low you are you might need to use a jack to get them under the car.

This thread really has me thinking about a set of the 7k lb ones but need to see about that. I would imagine I would need to put this under the SFCs to jack up the mustang. Im not gonna jack the car up to use this but if I get something I want to pick up my car and truck.

Can you partially jack up a vehicle with them? Id have to take some measurements, not sure if I could jack the truck up with the garage door open.

There are safety latches that arms lock into. There are 2 of them, but I'm not sure you could get a truck off the ground on the first one.

I have the 5k set. That handles both of my cars. I'd need the 9k set for my truck, but unless I'm rotating tires or doing brakes I don't need to lift it really. They make extensions to reach truck frames.

As mentioned there are two heights to lock into. I haven't found myself wishing for a different height yet. I have the jacking rails so that's what I lift my car with. I was low enough before that they wouldn't slide under the subframe connectors. But I was able to get them under my buddies car with MM connectors as he wasn't as low as I was.

Im gonna throw my truck on the scale here at work before I leave but if I can still fit the 7k QJ under the mustang it would just make sense to spend an extra ~$200 and be able to lift the truck as well. With the level and 33"s I can usually just slide under and reach what I need but might as well have the option.

I've been considering quickjacks for my 69 Lincoln Continental which might weigh as much as 5100 lbs. But it's long, and it's actually a unibody car, so it needs to be properly supported at its jack points, which are a long way apart. I don't think I can get a set for that situation that will also work on my foxbody Mustang, an that's holding me back.

They had extensions available when I bought mine. It might be worth looking into for your Lincoln.

    I just watched it.

    She used a 24mm.

Not sure if that's relevant but I was curious.
