ram air vs cold air

guys i decided on JLT
not sure which one to go with cold or ram.
car will never see rain!

and do i need to have the car tuned after install or will i be fine until i do pulley?

Either are fine, no tune necessary.

CAI - cooler IATs but the filter can be a pain to change.

Jlt should make a RAI with a built in maf housing. I wouldn't be surprise if it performs better than the HBI.
