A couple of those are really hilarious! Especially the kitchen drawers.
The fan got me giggling. That manhole cover is impressive.

Notice the last one has a fresh air intake. I wonder how that's regulated, when not in use.
Would make more sense for the fresh air (combustion air) to be piped directly to the stove so it wouldn't be using the air in the space.

That's a great setup. No sense pulling inside air into the stove.
Mines....worked on these all my career.
Sort of looks like it's a manifold welded to the top of the body to me. Could be wrong.
Now that you say that I'd say you're right. Hard to see on my phone with my antique eyes.

I was a fan of the '69 Chevy El Camino. Those custom coupe utility vehicles are pretty cool.
Several of those look to be "funeral cars" - the Cadillac and Lincoln especially. They were modified to carry flowers.
I was never a big fan of the
el Camino/Ranchero breed of cars (Trucks?). I was not sad to see them go away.
