Short throw. What's it out of?

Im not sure. It was just on display there. There was a GE 44ton switcher there that looked freshly restored so maybe that.

I'd like to see the fool's shoe who has to shift that thing. Frick that shifter is close to the exhaust pipe. Otherwise beautiful piece of art.

Hard to believe it was 50 years ago today.

I was in Hong Kong when they unveiled his memorial statue in 06, had no idea what we stumbled upon at first but was glad we were there. Couldnt understand a dam thing they were talking about but the waterfront was jam packed, got some pics buried somewhere I believe.
