It appears as if the runners are shorter on the left bank than on the right? Is there a reason for this?

Haha! I have been waiting for someone to ask me that for awhile now. I did that years ago just for kicks and i just havent spent the tiem to make a better one or one with my engine setup in it.

I have one of these intakes and It will be seeing at the very least 25 psi. The plastic is very thick and I don't see why it wouldn't hold up just as well as the plastic boss intakes on the new 5.0. The boss intakes are tested to 50 psi.

Apparently the testing was flawed as a few have blown up at 30psi.

That could have been other things than just a pressure issue. All I am saying is the plastic on this intake is more durable and thicker than that of the boss intake. There was a guy gbrown I believe was his user name and he used one on his turbo cobra and hasn't had an issue that I am aware of.
