I'm looking into getting an '04 cobra soon and want to get an idea of what to expect in terms of real-world gas mileage.

I plan to DD. Any input from DD'ers out there is greatlyappreciated. Also, can you list any major mods you may have as well?

Thanks for the input guys.

Maybe this helps...
From Las Vegas Nevada, to home in O.C. Cali. Bumper to bumper traffic most of the way ,... I got 20MPG pushing 465 Horses...

That's better than I get with my '04 GT! Good news.

How'd your left leg feel after that drive home?

26 hours straight (~1700 miles), only stops for gas from miami to minneapolis full of all my shit, 22 mpg average.

On the highway I can get 24mpg if I chill, city is like ~16.
If I'm racing around I can drop it to low teens real easy.
I was doing highway pulls back to back deep into 4th the other day and I was getting like 5-8mpg.

20 mpg on highway as long as you stay around 75mph. 15mpg street just depends on how hard you get on the throttle from light to light.

Does the terminator have a fuel tracker? I have not had the pleasure of driving one myself but I know my 05 GT has one. My computer reads about 21mpg average out of both city and hwy.. I wish my GT would sell, then I could be posting my Cobra mileage :(

First tank since getting retuned at 700HP...

4 dyno pulls, 3 trips down the drag strip, in town driving, numerous pulls on the interstate, 80# injectors = 13.2 mpg. This is on an open loop tune.
