really need help on hids

First of all guys I'm new to the forum
I drive a 12 mustang gt premium all stock
Yesterday I instaled high low hids
They are 55w h\l hid with relay harness from ddm
This is the deal
Driver side is in low beam
Pass side is in high beam
When I manually turn high beams on pass side goes to low and driver side stays the same
I tried to look for info but no luck
Any help to solve this would be great

sounds like one of the passenger is connected wrong.

Just rotate the bulb connector in the housing. You have it installed 180 out.

Or just get rid of the kit and do a proper retrofit or get OEM hid... 55w plug and play kit in halogen housing is a huge fail... have fun blinding everyone
