They did a video tour of our facility as well, so i showed them around.

tune only 660hp @ the crank. Stage 2 turbo 767 crank hp, the twin scroll cars make 773 up to 783 @ the crank.

What years did they start these twin scrolls? Asking for a friend. lol.

Twin scroll turbo cars are the E63, S63, G63, GT63 with the 4.0L
2018+

No GT platform cars, should have specified that. sry

Loved seeing the Hammer's but I was hoping to get the skinny on those 560 SEC's.
And I can't believe all that wire was from aftermarket stereo's. That poor car.

At 1:09 there is two 560 SEC's. If I remember correctly from my youth AMG also gave them the Hammer treatment. I've always loved the W/ C126 M-B's.

So the grey widebody one is a 4v 6.0- full restoration, with recaros, we are storing it for the customer. Japanese import car.

The black widebody one is a Westmont car- built by Hartmut, owner of renntech when he ran AMG North America in Chicago, 4v 6.0, in for a full restoration, we are waiting on the engine to be finished, and have to swap the interior, and go thru the rest of the car.

So some good history with both of them.
