I know that the engine is a ticking time bomb when adding boost.

I will use a mild-tune, 60 lb injectors,BA-3000, methanol injection, cooling mod and a new 255 lph fuel pump.

The turbo is a 62mm small turbo with a built in wastegate but I'm adding another one ( 38 mm ) just in case.

For 400-420 rwhp would you advise 7 psi or 8 psi?

No sense in spending all that money if your going to use an undersized turbo. Atleast step it up to a 68 or 70mm. You can always dial the boost down for the desired HP level. FYI I had a friend with a 98 cobra who had a turbo on it and at 5 psi he was at 500 hp. It was a bigger turbo but you get the idea.

Im on 10 lbs on a 67mm I believe (on3 kit) ive been making 450 for a long time now . Im sure with a better turbo and less pounds you can make about the same.

My 62mm is running 7 lbs at 460 with 42lb injectors, 38mm wastegate and 255 intank. I'm in the same boat not wanting to push it too hard on a stock bottom end.
