Nothing like having to call SCT support line on Friday before a holiday:nonono:
Holding for 26 minutes and counting.......why do I have the feeling they are not picking up till Tuesday LOL?

I'm sorry SCT sucks. I was online chatting with a tech and then all of the sudden it was quitting time and the chat was terminated.

Nothing at all.... We were conversing back and forth and then he was gone. It was right at 6:32 pm. I then tried to hop back on and they were closed. I get they wanted to go home and all but sheeshhh

The last time I contacted them I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Why they dont have more techs for support is beyond me.

Call centers/support centers typically staff for a mean call volume. If they staffed for the highest volume, they'd have reps sitting around doing nothing a lot of the time, and that cost would be passed on to you, the consumer.
