SCT Xcal3 need help error

I plugged my X3 into my car and the computer and I get this message ( Invalid Block-4425031442048 -1770012576:shrug:. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

Just for your info SCT charges 65.00 dollars to fix. Ask me how I know.
Is it still under warranty?

Call sct and ask them to remote into your device and try and fix it. Some people have had luck with this method. Try a firmare update. The only other way is to send it to sct for a fix.

Gonna have to wait until tommorrow to talk to SCT. I purchased my tuner through LFP so hopefully they can help me out as well. We will se tommorrow I guess.
