Shifting question for an 03 Cobra

What RPM is good to shift at at WOT? Just asking so my buddy can set the shift light w/ the programmer. I believe its set at stock rev limiter.

I shift as close to 6200 as possible.

Old man here. I have my shift light pill for 6000 rpm, shift happens about 6200-6300 with my slow reactions. My HP is flat From 6000 through 6400 rpm before dropping, my torque is highest at 6200 in the that range since it starts dropping off in the 5000s. I try to get max hp and tq point to shift.
