Any other plans for the backyard? I'd recommend running electrical before any hardscape: run regular voltage and low voltage lines. I didn't do this and now I'm kicking myself because we want lamps and shit on this retaining wall bench, haha.
We just ordered window coverings for the last of our windows and we have about 40 of them. Had 5 remaining windows with slider and that alone cost us another $2800!
Concrete quotes for side yard 60'x8' are all around $4k.
Retaining wall bench and rock, who knows. We're going to buy material and sub out the work. Will need to trench under a walking path to our rear fence line for electrical, yay!

Will an HDMI splitter affect picture quality at all? I don't know much about HD stuff.
