Smashed Fuel Line

My diff cover is contacting a line coming off the fuel tank - 2000 Mustang GT. Am I smashing the hell out of the return line? If it is just a vent or pressure relief line, I won't worry about it as I will be installing the return style system soon. But if it is the return line, then I'll need to find a way to replace or add some length to the hose.

Yup, 2000 GT's don't have return lines and no fuel lines uses that kind of clip. That's the Evap line that runs to the fender and ultimately to your plenum so suction fumes out.

Your going to want to do something about it, besides getting codes your going to be sucking in unmetered air.

it is...might throw a code if its leaking, thats one system I dont know much about
