These are both local cars, pretty sure the 500 had a built motor whipple setup at the time and the Vette I believe is a big cu in. built Lsx with a healthy shot. That road hooks as good as most tracks.

Road gets hardly any traffic, most of it being trucks. Sometimes if cars getting ready to run are blocking the way the trucks will go on the wrong side of the road to pass lol.

Not a zr1. Just has ZR1 hood and fenders. Rematch is supposed to be happening with the GT500 now being twin turbo. The owner of the vette posted the car is for sale a few weeks back. Idk if he's done racing it. Hope not.

What caught me as awkward is the vette never pulled forward after backing to the line to take the slop out of the driveline. Not the best idea for high rpm launching etc.

Yep both local cars and cool guys. Not a ZR1 as hemi stated but big cube, nitrous fed, glide car. The GT500 has progressed to crazy status and I love it.
