Still have them, just took some pics:

I'm not sure of the part number I got them off a local guy with a low mileage 2004 Lightning, everything I can find says they'll work on all the '99-'04 Lightnings though. Sorry, I don't have the rear lines. My paypal is [email protected] if you want them, I'll send them out FedEx 2 day service as soon as the money clears into my bank (usually winds up clearing 3 days after you send it)
