would a 2.8 pulley work on a stock motor and the belt is that for a stock pulley set up plus the 2.8 thanks

Yes it will work on a stock engine as long as you install a tune for the extra boost. Diablosport and sct both have tunes for a 2.81 pulley.

The belt is for the new 2.81 pulley.
