Sorry cant agree with you here!! Anabolic Steriods are never safe if used without doctor supervision. Additionally I have never met someone using anabolics for muscle growth that wasnt misusing them. There are specific guidelines for their use including dosage and regular blood testing, which is almost never followed by those using the steriod illegally.
Additionally we can talk about the risks of certain types of cancer associated with the misuse of anabolic steriods, as well as the already mentioned kidney and liver disease and testicular atrophy and erectile dysfunction. Lets not forget the ever popular "roid rage"!
I could go on and on but there is no reason. Anabolic steriods purely for the building of muscle is crazy and not ever worth the consequences.
