I call them when I am taking a shit at 3 a.m. and they almost always answer on the second ring and ship me toilet paper with same day shipping. Don't know OP's problem...

Not a lot of blower porting options out there.

Also, many people have had a pleasant expereince with their products and service. I know SVTP takes incidents here and there and drums up the drama, but its not like we're seeing a Steg complaint thread on here each week. :shrug:
