These have low miles, maybe 12k of use with stock power on street tires before being replaced by DSS Level 5.

If you're running on the ragged edge of power and sticky tires with stock half shafts it would be a great idea to have these handy.

Are these complete with inner CV joints?

Negative.

You'll need to press the inner back into these much like the DSS install.

Will these work with the 99 Cobra inners? I am assuming that when you say "press the inners back in" you mean that the stock inner CV joints. Will the 99 Cobra ones work with these shafts?
