Stock Intake tube replacements?

Does anyone know if there is a stock intake tube alternative out there? Ive looked and cant seem to find one. Im just trying to improve on the stock intake as much as possible. The factory has the big ol resonator and all this extra sh*t, with the accordian connections. I think the car could benefit from a nice clean straight tube and not to mention look allot better.

Just remmeber ford put more time into that intake tube then you ever could.

Alot of fast cars running the stock intake.

by that logic the car is perfect from the factory

anything can be improved upon unless made by jesus himself

leave it as is....its not worth the change! I modified a Steeda intake tube to work and it looked ok, but did not perform any better!

Why wouldnt it improve anything? I thought the same thing for my JLT with out the connections would look clean. But it the same with porting and polishing heads.

well the stock tube has the big resonator and the accordian fitting, With my last car a couple of companies made after market intake tube replacements that looked great and removed all the factory nonsense, smoothed out airflow allot...this in combo with a drop in we were seeing gains of about 8rwhp

This is just a beat the **** out of topic regarding anything cai and factory air box. Alot of tests and found no track gains.

too many factors to say there is no gains with CAI. The fastest coyotes out there run a CAI.

but whatever its all good, im not trying to argue or anything just seeing if there was one or not
