Exactly what he said...And run your butt off. You can be a little more liberal w/ your eating habits if you run or do a lot of cardio exercise. I eat what I want, but I run on average ten miles a week and play basketball at least three days a week for a couple hours.Squabbin said:You can do all the crunches, situps, and leg raises you want and your never going to have a six pack or flat abs until you get your diet in check. Set yourself up with a low carb/low fat diet with lots of protein. Also set up a carb cutoff time, i'de reccomend about 7pm depending upon what time you usually go to sleep.
