Sucks when you live in MI and get your GT350 just in time for winter...

I'm looking at the bright side, if it is going to be his dd then that means wen he trades it in or sells it you can get a really good deal on it!

Totalled out vehicles are rarely a good deal after you pay to fix them properly.

If I wanted to DD my Shelby all winter, I'd feel perfectly fine doing so on a nice set of snow tires.

That dudes gonna have a blast.

Those the carbon fiber wheels? At least they won't corrode from road salt!

Exactly!!! I LOVE the concept of DD this through the winter....but the corrosion side of things just plain sucks! The clear on factory aluminum wheels around here lasts about 3 years, even with constant maintenance. Anything under the car that isn't painted will be a rusty mess after one winter.
But if you're not planning on a long term keeper...this would be AWESOME!

Use to run my '12 up in NY winters on Blizzaks, thing did surprisingly well. I actually pasted some chick in a H3 on the highway one day on the way home from work with 2-3'' on the ground lol.
