Not to be a post whore on my first day, but my Lightning has 50k miles on it. When do I need to change the fluid in the blower? Is it fill-to-spill at the little plug on the snout?

Thanks.

I also took mine out at 50K but it was because my IC was leaking.

I refilled it using thin gear oil.

IDK if this is the best way its been 40K since.

everyone I talked to about Motorcraft SC fluid had no idea what the part # was or that it even existed and it took me 3 calls and a few months from anybody at Ford to figure it out since they didn't have the part #. BOOYA BITCHES! Motorcraft SC oil part #XL-4, over $20 from Ford but can be found at this site for a bit cheaper. Bought it for my Roushcharger. Supposedly it's every 30K miles from companies like procharger but Ford claims lifetime. After the inital SC break in period I'm going to change it and then do it every 30K like my centri setup.
