If you ever wondered just how much Ford loves SVTP stopping by the SVTPerformance.com display at Mustang Week 2014 would have answered all your questions. Our friends at Ford were gracious enough to loan us one of their latest, and as of yet unreleased to the public, Pony Cars. That’s right, SVTP had a 2015 S550 Mustang GT with the 50th Anniversary package. If you wanted to see a 2015 Mustang GT during the week of July 13th 2014, and you were anywhere except a Ford Motor Company location/event/display, you needed to be with SVTP in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC.

Just remember, your ultimate source for in-depth coverage and up-to-the-minute accurate Ford Performance (including everything 2016 SVT Mustang related) information is SVTPerformance.com.

Back to the unpainted black plastic trim, are they? That's a bit disappointing. The rest of the car looks good, though.

See I like that it's not painted. This will prevent the lower edge from getting scuffed up by parking curbs, boots and the like. I painted my chin spoiler on my 05 and it shows wear & tear quite bad and the rocker panels get beat up to. Keeping these unpainted and glossed up will be much better IMHO

Travis, is that a different wheel option for the Anniv car? I like it better than the polished/accented wheel that has been seen on other 50th cars.

The 50th Anniversary Special Edition model has the machined/polished/accented wheels. This particular car had the 50th Anniversary Appearance Package, which comes with the silver painted wheels you see.
