SYNC problems

Replaced the battery in car and now I can’t get the SYNC to pair with my iPhone. Car is 2011 and phone is a iPhone 10. Any suggestions?

Have you removed your phone connection from sync and also your car from your phone?

Try factory reset if you can't search amd pair them again in bluetooth settings.

Otherwise try remove fuse for the sync.

And if that also don't help , and if you lost bluetooth and usb function then your Sync module might be dead (it's mounted under glovebox).

I had to replace my Sync module on my 2012 gt500 when my bluetooth and usb modes suddenly dissapeared.

Thanks. Hopefully not the module. The SYNC system rarely works right anyway

Delete the sync from phone and factory reset sync. Also make sure you are on the lastest sync version. Not sure if you are sync with navigation or basic sync.
