I'm getting ready to change the oil in the transmission. Any recommendations? I have a Redline dealer close by and I was thinking of using MTL. I had great results with this in my t-5, but does this transmission need something different? I would prefer to stay with Redline.

Thanks,

John

There is a ton of info on all type of fluids on this site, just do a search, but I use Redline D4 and I think it works great. I also heard the MTL is another excellent choice.

I'm using Redline MLF but my dealer (good and up front) told me the stock fluid is exceptional and recommended I not switch. He also said the MLF might cause stiffer shifting in colder weather. I elected to go with the change. I didn't notice any difference after. Shifts the same. Level of noise is the same. I think I should have saved the money and spent it on something else. JMHO.
