I have a 2000 saleen N/A, and recently my tail light have been staying on when I don't have my headlights on. And they stay on when the car is off. They also don't light up when the brake pedal is depressed. Could it be my fuses or the headlight switch? Any help is appreciated

I would check all of your wiring harnesses for tail lights and brake lights. Are they super bright, like could it be your brake lights are stuck on?

Are the taillights just on like you're turning the lights on, or is it the brake lights?(brighter)

If its just the taillights, I bet its in the headlight switch/module

If its the brake lights, then I bet its the stoplight switch.
Stoplight switch on the back of the brake pedal

reach down and feel it, it should be VERY hot.

If so, replace the switch and good to go.

Yeah they're really bright I'll check the stoplight switch cause when I depress the brake pedal my tail lights don't get brighter

So I finally had time to take out the brake switch and it was hot to the touch I burned my finger and I looked at the connector that attaches to the brake light switch and it was slightly melted haha should I go ahead and replace it as well?
