Yes, David, I am planning on being there for Mod Motor class.
I haven't run the Cobra yet without the PPRV hesitation. No
clue what it will run for me. Hope my drag radials pass tech,
Dana agreed they are tired.
I hope I don't race Dana, I would hate to beat him. Ya right !
Truck is straped down, ill be there. Prob leave around 5:30-45

good times today everyone...I think we all lost!!! haha....I cant believe I blew my intercooler fuse!!!!
Is it just me or did the track suck....... I mean i felt like i launched hard and smooth but my 60's sucked. i dont think the wind was helping me either
The track was decent in the morning, then it got worse later.
This was the most horrible track day that I have ever had. From crappy launches, wheel hop to synchros in the tranny not cooperating, my car couldn't get out of it's own way today. On the upside, the clutch did well, but I think the synchro issue was compounded by the clutch needing more adjustment than I gave it. This Spec clutch is making me have to relearn how to launch my car.
the track SUCKED.....got a "lil" better in th elater hours but not by much
i thought the track hooked pretty good. i went 12.96 at 99mph in a stock mach one. i lifted early and still broke out. i had a 12.99 dial in.
myself , pete , carol , jake, petes brother len, and a few more all went outin the 1st round. see all that trash talkin upset the gods! lol. i boke out by .005 even though i lifted and only ran 97 mph ........geeash twice in a row.
Ken and Dave stayed in it for a while. Ken got some lucky races!

Even my car wheel hopped! WTF? I got a decent short time on the first pass (1.59) but went down hill from there. I should have stayed and raced Jake in the grudge lanes, those guys by far got the most runs. I did rip a 10.92 with my relic but that was my only good pass.

I was stranded on the side of 495 for 3 hours waiting for AAA. My alternator took a nose dive at the track and the Battery ran out on the way home.:bash: All in all it was nice to see you guys up there.

It was nice seeing some of ya...and torture too, I wanted to race so bad! At least the weather was very nice!
I planned on meeting a few people to cruise up and it turned out to be 20 or so!! (2-3 cars off camera)
