Actually it’s a safe place for tornado
But a 1000sq foot hole in the ground
Which can be a work shop to a bar and bowling alley
Which isn’t really included in square footage of house when unfinished
Another thing.
Texas is almost anti basement
Dumbasses.
Up north almost ever house had a basement.
They stay cold all year.
I have heard east Texas has some
If I were building a basement it would have a indoor range.
**** me, I cannot WAIT to leave Kali's communist gun laws. I'm sick and ****ing tired of "bullet buttons" and "featureless" and 10 rd mags, and 10 day wait, the list goes on and on and on !!!If I were building a basement it would have a indoor range.
Lol, shows what I know. SF is a good example of the liberal mindset. F that shit hole.too much rain and snow, and expensive. Too many democrats lol.
I'm done with CA man. The dems are running it in to the ground. And it just gets worse year after year.Lol, shows what I know. SF is a good example of the liberal mindset. F that shit hole.
A basement where I live would be an indoor swimming pool.

LOL we don't register our guns here. Car registration is $51.75 per vehicle per year plus any local fees. Mine is usually around $65 or so.
Some of you may know....I am planning in 2020 sometime to leave this shit state CA for a new business station. I am keeping an open mind to several states but not all cities are "free" for me to take. As far as TX, DFW and IAH are out of the picture. What smaller cities would you recommend? Things I enjoy: cars, dirt bikes, boating, guns, low taxes LOL, and not a shit load of bumper to bumper traffic.
jesus christ are you .....****ing.....kidding me. Can you keep a loaded gun in your glove box in the car? what about concealed carry?LOL we don't register our guns here. Car registration is $51.75 per vehicle per year plus any local fees. Mine is usually around $65 or so.

for the car reg ....that;s ****ing insane. My cars cost me about $1500-2000 per year.
You’re going to be asking yourself why you didn’t move there years ago and probably be upset at your parents for making you live in this wonderful state of California after you move to Texas.

shit ccw in TX is prolly $25 and 1 hour LOLFar as I know, your vehicle is considered an extension of your home and you can keep a firearm in the car. (My bro and good friend live in Texas and always tease me about living in cal. They’re in DFW and SA.) You need to take the a firearms course but you will get your ccw there not sure if that’s a statewide requirement or county requirement. When I lived in Washington, it was $30 bucks to vehicle registration, didn’t matter what kind of car it was or the value of the car how California bases it.
