I've been pretty set on the Sierra Nevada IPAs the past few months. Had a Japanese beer tonight at dinner that was pretty good. It's a red rice called Hitachino. Pretty good.

I second Sierra Nevada. I bought the sampler 12 pack and they are all delicious.

This weekend we opened up a few beers:

2016 FFF Dark Lord
2016 Surly Xtra-Citra
2016 Spiteful Brewing G.F.Y. Stout

Then a few other beers to finish the night off.

Dark Lord was good, but, pretty sweet this year.

I second Sierra Nevada. I bought the sampler 12 pack and they are all delicious.

The veriety pack is great. Wish they would sell the coffee one separately though. I'd like to get a 6 pack of that.

Picked up a mix and match dozen of Florida beers while in Pensacola this weekend. Found a cool bottle shop that delivers. Crazy!

Picked this up the other night, it caught my eye in the beer isle. I wasn't really expecting much, but tried it anyways and it turned out to be a pretty damn good German/Munich style lager.

Old Hickory Hickory Stick Stout, very good beer
Six Point Brewing Jammer, a "gose" beer. pretty damn good beer, didn't know if I would like it, but I did.

The hitachine expresso stout is awesome. Id get it along with the one agrd in sake barrels as well. Both are great.

Our 10bbl brew house is in place and I hope to fire it up by mid August. Glycol and electrical will be done over the next few weeks. I'll keep you guys posted!

with that said... I got a Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier at a restaurant on TDY a couple weeks back. I need this beer in my life, awesome! Its a wheat beer I guess but its delicious.
