Spot on. I've been the guy with the dog barking. I learned quickly the mute all function so when someone puts you on hold it doesn't ruin the call when I'm trying to talk!

Yup, hit on every annoying part about conference calls, even caught the webconference that never goes as it should. Had a barker on a call today, dood spoke for about two or three minutes with his dogs yappin in the background. I caught about 1% of what he had to say.
Worse conference call moment of my career was when the mute button on the phone lit up, but it didn't actually mute it. Let quite a few cuss words fly around 1am with about 10 people on the call. Luckily I still have a job
