I replaced my clutch a couple months ago but kept my stock tob and have noticed a a slight whirring noise coming from the assembly. It's noticeable in neutral with the clutch pedal out. Here's a video, while running I could see the tob moving in and out but everything else looked good. http://youtu.be/c7vAuIs8y84

Any chance that it could be the input shaft bearing or pilot bearing as the noise goes away when I depress the clutch pedal. Here's another video. http://youtu.be/WEbrWF1OhQM

Tob had issues with my 02 and 04 you would hear it but with barely any weight on the clutch pedal it would go away

Replaced throwout bearing and checked the pilot bearing and the noise is still there...
Drivability hasn't changed. Still shifts great just an annoying sound.
