1999 Procharger 5.4L F-150: 3.5" pulley (11 pounds), JBA shorty headers, Magnaflow Lightning Exhaust, 42# injectors, 255lph forced induction pump, SCT ProRacer.
I have been having trouble setting up a timing curve for my F-150. Any recommendations on how much timing to run with regard to RPM and Load. I would get a dyno tune but I am broke as hell right now. My current A/F ratio is 11.0:1. Any input would be appreciated!

Welcome to the forum. I would take it to a dyno and have it tuned. Your A/F is rich it should be around 11.5- 11.9 you should be able to run 16 degrees of timing at WOT. I see you have the Pro Racer package maybe Bob (Fade to Black) could chime in and help you out. I belive he has that tuning package too.
