Tiny rear diff leak

Right where the drive shaft comes into the rear diff, it looks like there is a tiny leak. There is no puddling of fluid on the ground, but on the underside of the car right above that intersection, there is a little bit of wetness. I can only assume its from the rear diff. What would you guys suggest? I was thinking just add fluid periodically but I dont know where to add it. I can get pics later if you guys need it.

its not too hard at all, can be done with basic tools, just put your car up on jack stands and go for it. While under there i would replace the diff cover gasket and fill up with synthetic oil.
