What size rear tires for a M6 with 4.10s and a vortech running the 1/4?

it all depends on your mph but probably a 28" rear tire.

28" is too tall with 4.10's, 26" will keep keep you in the power band better, You'll cross the trap at 7000rpm (132 mph) in 5th with 26" tires. 6400 with 28".
