I have Nitto Invo 275x35x18 Tires for my 18x10 wheels. I can not find an Invo in a stock Mach 1 Size of 245x40x17. They have a 235x40x18 and the question is, can I run this smaller than stock tire on a 18x9 wheels?

A stock Mach tire is 245/45/17. I ran 275/35 Falkens on an 18x9. But seeing as you have that on your 18x10, you can run a 265/35 up front.
X2...IMO...265 35 18 is the best for a 18 x 9 wheel up front.
I also have 18x9/18x10s. I run a 265/35-18 up front with a 295/35-18 out back and it works out great.
