Use the OEM soft mount.
There is nothing to be gained from a urethane tranny mount other than increase gear whine getting transmitted to the passenger compartment. It does not hold any engine torque (the front's do all that), all they do is hold up the ass end of the drivetrain.

They do not make aftermarket mounts for the T56.
