You're missing the point. The policy/law is more about making it easier for actual predators, not just transgenders. I could walk into a women's restroom, do my business, and no one can say a damn thing even though Im clearly not a woman. All I would have to say is Im transitioning and all of the sudden the accusers are in the wrong. There is nothing wrong with that is what you are saying?
