Got snipped today and got a prescription for some vitamin T while I was there.

Starting off with 100mg once per week. Labs again in 3 months. I asked about doing 50 mg twice a week and he said most guys he prescribes to didn't see enough difference to warrant the extra needle poke. We'll see how it goes the first few months and adjust as needed.

My snip is next month. I’m around 140mg a week done in two doses. I’ve liked the two doses compared to one big one. I hate the bigger guage needles.

Have you done an SA to see if you still have swimmers after all this time on TRT? I have had two SA’s come back ZERO… lol don’t get cut bro, at least go jerk off into a cup for a semen analysis first.

You won’t have any on TRT…but its moot now for you, see my post above. I have two kids as well. I have yet to knock up any the women I have dated since the divorce. FWIW they’re eggs are shit by their forties, most can’t have a viable pregnancy well into their forties.

I am adamantly against it, they are going to tell you the risk is low and it is, but the risk ain’t zero. Most men won’t talk about about it, but complications resulting in ED can happen. Happened to a good buddy I worked with years ago. He was done having kids and his wife at the time talked him into it. (Dudes been married like 5 ****ing times) He had it done by a very well known doc in the Austin area. Now he has to use cialis and viagra, **** that noise.

Yeah I hear ya. I don’t *want* to do it but I also know we are done having kids and don’t want more. I planned on bringing it up during my consultation. If he baulks and is adamant on the surgery then I’ll wait, get my counts tested and go from there.

Ask him why you are doing it on TRT and demand a semen analysis. I got two done by separate docs to confirm the results, they were both zero. I just wanted to make sure and suspected doc had an agenda. If your wife is in her forties, its really doubtful her eggs could progress to viable embryo's even if you were shooting full house loads. There are many couples trying to have kids late in life and to turn to fertility docs even in their late thirties, early forties and in many cases the guy is ok, but her eggs aren’t and they have to buy donor eggs from a younger woman.

I am happy to hear that, because it can be a big point of contention.. These doctors are financially incentivized, its a quick and easy 20 minute outpatient procedure and money in the bank for them. Insurance will never balk at the authorization.

He’s telling me that he can get me what ever I want and his recommendation is to go to two Testosterone doctors so I can double up on my doses.
No thanks.

Moral of the situation. Stay safe and use healthy doses and get regular blood work done.
If done correctly TRT is very safe and effective long term for life.

He is also a personal trainer at a gym in Lely. He’s trying to convince me to compete.

Some of these guys are absolutely nuts with dosages and trying to stay stage ready 365 days a year. I just don’t think competitive bbing taken to the extreme is healthy at all. Most of those guys aren’t even strong. Just move light weights for high reps and keep taking more and more drugs.
Down here it’s extremely easy to get good quality anabolics. Every gym has multiple “guys”
