Trying to delete a file but it wont let me

So I DL a CD off IPTorrents for my wife but It has been giving me trouble since I moved it to a flash drive. I opened it up and I get this, I know its hard to view

It wont let me delete the file and now Im worried I have a bug. Anyone know how I can delete the file?

Based on the characters being used in the filenames and the file dates, I'm guessing you have file corruption on the drive. If you can, I would just re-format the USB key. It's also possible that there's a virus causing an issue. Not an uncommon problem downloading from a torrent site.

i had the same problem a couple days ago, kept saying file was in use. found that video and it worked

lol everytime i have a computer, phone or car problem i always go straight to google, and most of the time end up on youtube
