Tune if I take cats off

I want to get on off road h pipe but don't know if I need a tune or can I just turn off the rear 02 sensors without hurting the car?

I have been informed by Bob Kurgan, a "tweak" is needed when adding or removing cats. I'm in the same situation

yes - or you will get CEL and your ECU will change your fuel to try and get the correct readings after the cats --- I think it dumps fuel -- super rich --- just get the most out of the tune and at least get a pulley upgrade --- You will not be sorry

I was trying to avoid the tune cause I still have 5 years of warranty left but I miss my loud exhaust.

You can have loud, but keep the stock cats by losing the mufflers. You'll need a tune with an off-road H-pipe.

Will need a tune to disable the rear o2 sensors. Get new axle backs, tons of sound options out there.
