My parents have been collecting everything Hot Wheels for over 15 years 21 years. Every single car, including treasure hunts, variations, sets, McDonalds cars, etc area all there. They even have all the posters, blankets, tooth paste, shampoo and conditioner, just anything you can think of.

Mistakes like that are not uncommon at all. In fact, it happens all the time.

id say i have about 3-4,000 hot wheels. stopped the serious collecting years ago. now i only buy the mustangs i find and other random cars i like.

I really wish my parents didn't throw out all my hot wheels and other die-cast cars and trucks I had. I'm willing to bet without a doubt I had some that are worth some money today. I had soo many cars and trucks it filled my basement.
