URGENT: Fuel pressure dropping

In any case, blown fuse or faulty wiring...fuel pressure should NOT just drop, ever. Almost sounds like you have an injector stuck open...either that or there is a leak somewhere. Cycling my key on...pumps prime then cut off...fuel pressure holds with almost zero change.
But it does sound like you have an electrical grilmen as well...fuel pumps should kick on while cranking.

He has a PPRV delete which is the component that holds fuel pressure. Without a PPRV, fuel pressure will drop very fast.
