I really want to say "maybe the V8 means something" for a road legal variant in an R model. But we all know it doesn't.

Still pretty cool vehicle. Even for 200k

At least we know the Coyote, and even the 7.3 probably, can fit in there. I wouldn't count on them making it into a production model but maybe kits will be offered to convert them.

The 7.3 would be so perfect. All the torque, physically smaller and likely, by far, the most reliable long lasting engine in the fleet

My words exactly. The 7.3L has been a beast, my favorite engine I've owned in a really long, long time.

I wanted a V8 Bronco but not bad enough to pay $200,000K + for one
You couldn't drive it on the street legally, anyway. Just hope that Ford will one day soon offer a street-legal Bronco with a V8.
