I remember the Pinto conversions back from the 70s. This one is a notch or two down from the nice conversions I remember (if I project what it looked like when in better condition). Still if it could be bought dirt cheap it could be turned into a nice retro ride. But it's going to need a lot of work. If I was doing a V-8 Pinto I'd go for a nice Pro Stock/Pro Street look. :)

Has it been in a fire before?

LOL, my best friend who never talks about cars said something like that once. We had just been re-ended in his Altima:

Him - Aw man, good thing we werent in a pinto, we woulda gone up in flames.

Me - WTF, lol.

Looks like it would take about a million years to restore it.

Cool car though, always wanted a Pinto.

Million years to restore it?? Body/Paint are in great shape. Under the hood could use some metal fabbed up to clean up the bay. Int. Dash, Gross- but original, Seats- Gross but original. Door panels, Gross- but original. A little time in J.C. Witney and she could be a sweet machine.

Did anyone else see the 5.0 emblem on the door? I know it's a 302, but still LOL. It looks like a cool car to build up, not too bad to have been sitting for 5 years.
