Valve cover bolt specs?

Does anybody know the sizes of the valve cover bolts and coil cover bolts? It looks like M6 x 25mm for the valve covers but would like verification.

Yes they are M6x1.0 thread. Many different lengths work. I think I used 25mm long SS flanged head hex bolts on mine. 20mm work on the coil covers too.
