The next town over had a famous haunting in the 80's. Books were written. A television movie was made. A famous demonologist was involved. The husband was allegedly raped by a sucubus so you might have that going for you if you go back.
I got one...ok a few....
I'm 5 and my mother has me at a friends house. She lays me down for a nap in the middle of the day. Comes and checks on me and asks why I'm not sleepy. I apparently told her because there was a man in a rocking chair watching me. Come to find out after she told her friend he freaked a bit. His dad use to sit in a rocking chair at the window and watch the cars go by.
My great grandmother passed when I was about 12, my sister was about 6. My mother sent her to the park when the ambulance came. She came back afterwards asking why Great Grandma was at the park telling her she had to go away.
House out in the country in Tennessee....man blew his brains out in the front bedroom of my Papaw's house and countless male family members have woken up to see him standing at the edge of the bed looking at them.
My Grandmother's house in town in Tennessee is about 100 years old. She said her old school teacher still haunted it but it also was housing for the church around the corner for the priest. I've always been fine in the house but one night I had a nightmare that literally scared me more than anything in my life. It was odd because whatever demon that was pulling me away I knew I had absolutly not chance in hell to overcome. Uncle lives in the house now, no issues. Just me I guess.
Should I be concerned that during your daily internet scouring for extreme gay porn this time you thought of me?Found video of the OP his VRBO experience:

nah. that kind of stuff is just in your imagination.
unless it can be duplicated, replicated, measured, tested, etc. with similar results from two or more objective observers, multiple times, it probably didn't happen.
ghost stories are fun tho. if you're about 9
Same.I’ve had several super natural experiences so I believe. But, at the same time I don’t believe in God which tends to confuse people.
How have you thought through this conflict? I am at a loss how a rational person can have an experience, begin to question their belief in the supernatural, and not also question their belief in God or gods.I’ve had several super natural experiences so I believe. Heh. Reminds me of the time we stayed in this hotel in California. Older one seems nice until the night time. The wife and I would both wake up to the pain of our feet getting yanked on. Like someone grabbing a foot and trying to pull you. No lie it happened twice till we left that hotel. And during the day the foot was sore like we twisted an ankle.
I am a see it to believe it type of person. Since I’ve personally been experienced supernatural activity I just feel I have to believe in it. With god, there are just so many questions that no one can give an answer to other than “have faith”.How have you thought through this conflict? Not saying I will ever trust human religion, but seems there's an logical fallacy of believing in one and not seriously considering the existence of the other.
