without longtubes? on 93 pump gas?

if so id say around 23lbs with some high timing for 650ish

620rwhp could be reached with about 20lbs with some high timing

most average the big 6-0-0 with 18lbs on 93 with 19-20* timing

Mine made 643 / 598 with 3" pulley, 93 octane plus torco, 11.5 a/f, 21* timing, stock lower, stock manifolds, whipple gen ii ..

edit: this combo produced 21 psi ..

Can't wait for new numbers for my new build...

If you want that much power on tap you gotta go with a larger blower. Or have a full on Race Tune at 22lbs or so only for the track.

^IMHO not on a safe tune you can't make a 2.3 Whipple put out that much power. A lot of boost and some Race Fuel only tune then sure. I'd guess 620 tops on a safe tune with straight 93 octane. My street tune for the 2.3 Whipple on 22lbs of boost for 93 octane only made 608hp I believe. This was with a ported lower intake, no cat's, full length headers, and something else I'm sure I'm forgetting.

600 can be accomplished with 18lbs WITHOUT longtubes

I got to 617rwhp with 19#s and longtubes on a KB 2.2, I would think you would be low 600s with 19# on a whipple.

Sure with Meth .. You are replacing up to 15% of your fuel with high octane meth. Thats like running race gas all the time. But nice numbers!

Well you said you wanted 650hp lol. Put a 3.4 Whipple on it, pulley it for 19-21lbs of boost, get a good tune and enjoy life. You'll easily make well over 600hp and if you drive it "smart" that motor will last for a long time. Or it should at least. You can easily drive a 3.4 Whipple'd car everyday with no issues. Then get a Race Tune to go along with it and get that sucker to the track!
